worst service ever! we got there at 1:15am and the restaurant closes at 2am. as soon as we got there the server ask us to hurry with our orders cause the kitchen is closing. then 5 minutes after we got our food the security told us that we have 10 minutes to finish up so i checked the time and it was 1:42!. 3 minutes later a girl dropped off the checks at every table. the funny thing is, my bill was 36 and i gave him 2 20s and wanted my change but so i can tip him $10 but he took so long with my change that we ended up leaving him with that $4. I work one of the best hooters in the world so i know all about customer service. $10 may seem alot on a $30 tab but its the minimum i tip. the food there is good though but from now if i ever want food from there its going to be a take out order. the outside this restaurants says they have a B grading, if they have better customer service it would be an A grade. |
